Day 1 – Hanoi arival 
We will pick you up at airport then transfer to your hotel. The rest of day is at your leisure. We recommend you to take a slow walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, which is very scenic, so remember to bring your camera. In walking distance from your hotel, you can go to Thang Long theatre where you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Another option is to do some shopping, you will find plenty of shops in the old town as well as street night market. Should you wish to taste famous Vietnamese coffee, you will find many coffee shops in French style with a view to the lake. Overnight in Hanoi. 

Day 2 – Hanoi city tour (B, L)
You will be picked up for city tour at around 08:00 - 08:30 am, then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 - the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then continue on to the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda at West lake (One of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam). 12:00: Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, the Guide will take you to visit either Bat Trang pottery village (applied on Mon, Wed & Fri) or the Ethnology Museum (apply on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat). Then, visiting the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam, see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 - it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters, and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. At the end, journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration.
Tour ends around 16h00 - 17h00. Then it is back to hotel for pick up your luggage and transfer to train station. Stay overnight on sleeper train going to Sapa.

Day 3 – Trekking: Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (B, L, D)
Pick up at the train station when you arrive and transfer to Sapa by a bus. Arrival on Sa Pa town, you will be provided with a basic hotel room where you can have shower or relax and store your luggages. Start the trip at 9:30, 12 km of trekking, visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. After lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom.

Day 4 – Trekking: Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa (B, L, D)
Breakfast will be serving at the homestay at about 8 am. Start trekking at 9:30 am to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get the jeep to return to Sapa. Tour finish in Sapa by 3 PM. Free time and overnight in Sapa town.

Day 5 – Sapa free day - Train back to Hanoi (B)
After breakfast at hotel, you have a free day to discover Sa Pa town at your own pace until train station transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight on train.
 
 Day 6 – Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Arrival in Hanoi Train Station, transfer you to hotel for a short relax and breakfast. Afterwards, pick up at your hotel at 8.15 am then we will depart for Halong Bay. On the way we stop at a handicraft workshop for a short break. Enjoy the journey through Red River Delta with lush rice fields, water buffalos and everyday Vietnamese rural life. After we arrive in Halong, check-in on cruise and relax for a while. Then we lift anchor and sail to visit Sung Sot caves, then have time for kayaking (optional). We will be cruising between the many lime stones and set anchor at beautiful spot. As the sun sets over the bay, dinner is served on board. In the evening there will also be a cooking demonstration of one or two typical Vietnamese dishes. Leisure time for squid fishing and/or karaoke. Overnight in Ha Long Bay at the cruise ship.

Day 7 – Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
The beautiful sunrise in Halong bay should never be missed, especially if you are into photography. The breaking of a new day could start with a Tai chi session (if you are keen on early morning exercise). Breakfast will be served on the boat and you will then have time to enjoy a wholesome brunch as your boat weaves through the magnificent limestone karst formations on your return towards Halong City. Upon disembarkation, you will be transferred back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at around 16:30. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 8 – Hanoi – Hoi An (B)
After checking out of hotel, you will be transferred to airport for a short flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, we will pick up and transfer you to hotel in Hoi An town (approximate 45 minutes). The rest of day is at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9 – Hoi An Countryside Biking tour (B, L)
After breakfast at resort, you spend a day leisurely cycling though the scenic countryside of Vietnam, far from the traffic the motor scooters, and the noises the city. You will cross the islands on the Song Thu river delta using local transportation, including ferries and floating bridge. This tour will take you to discover how wooden river boats are made, learn the secret of weaving the colorful straw “Hoi An” sleeping mats. Try the renowned Vietnamese basket. You will spend the day with first-hand contact with one of the rural inhabitant of the region, far from the usual tourist circuits. At lunchtime you will be invited into the home of a local Vietnamese family for a traditional Vietnamese meal, and learn their customs and traditions. After you have relaxed for a while under the shade of a mango tree, you will begin your return towards Hoi An, which will take about an hour.

Day 10 – Hoi An - Hue by private car (B)
Leave Hoi An for Hue, enroutes we will have some stops for taking photos like Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass. Upon Arrival in Hue, check-in hotel, you will have the rest of the day is at leisure to discover the town on your own. Overnight in Ho

Day 11 – Hue city full day (B, L)
You will be picked up at 8.30 am then transfered to visit the Imperial Citadel, this was the center of power for the Nguyen Dynasty who ruled between 1802 and 1945. Here, we will visit Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, and the Forbidden Purple City. We will board a boat for a wonderful trip on Perfume River and a visit to Thien Mu pagoda where you will enjoy a vegetarian meal prepared by the local nuns. The afternoon continues with a visit to the fantastic tombs of the emperors Minh Mang and Khai Dinh. Our guides will give you a deep understanding of the King’s philosophy of geomancy and how this affected royal life. The rest of day is at your leisure. You are free to discover the ancient city by your own. Overnight in Hue city.

Day 12 – Hue fly to Ho Chi Minh city (B)
After breakfast transfer to Hue Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to freely discover the city on your own. Suggested activities are shopping at Ben Thanh Market with a lot of choices for Vietnamese handicrafts and local delicacies, also . Another two other popular shopping places, even for locals are Saigon Square 1 (Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street) and Saigon Square 3 (Hai Ba Trung street). There are many bars and coffee shops nearby for your taste. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
 
Day 13 – Ho Chi Minh city tour (B, L)
Pick up at around 8.00 am from hotel and head to visit the Re-Unification Palace, the former palace of President Thieu and his predecessors. This building now is a museum and venue for Government official receptions. The next stops are the 2 landmarks of the city, the Central Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral. The Cathedral was built in between 1863 and 1880 with materials imported from France, is also referred to as Basilica of Our Lady of The Immaculate Conception. Continue to visit the War Remains Museum, where the Vietnam War crimes are in displayed. This is the most popular museum in Vietnam with approximately half a million visits annually. After lunch at a local restaurant, our guide  will transfer you back to hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Day 14 – Mekong Delta  (B, L)
You will be picked up at around 7:45- 08:00 am from hotel then depart for My Tho where we will take a boat ride along the river and enjoy the houses on stilts and see fruit plantation along the river banks. We then proceed to Tortoise Island where we will have lunch in the fruit orchard. A beautiful boat ride through Tan Thach canal in Ben Tre, cruising under the shadow of the water coconut trees. We visit a family workshop making coconut candy which is a local delicacy. We will also enjoy rowing in a boat along the creeks. After taking a delightful walk through the fruit plantation and villages, we proceed to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho city.

Day 15 – Floating market - Ho Chi Minh city (B, L)
After breakfast, we take the morning boat trip to visit the Cai Rang floating market, the river is at its busiest at this time of the day. Keep cruising through the small cannels system and visit a rice noodle making village. Then, you ride bicyle along trail in countryside (option) before the transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 16 – Fly to Siem Reap (B) 
After breakfast, you will have some leisure time until airport transfer for flight to Siem Reap. Arrival to Siem Reap, transfer to hotel. The rest of your day is free. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 17 – Siem Reap tour (B, L, D) 
Breakfast at hotel – In the morning departure to visit the most famous of all the temples on the Angkor plain: Angkor Wat. The temple complex, cover 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks, the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat symbolizes the ocean. Continue your visit to the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature. We explore this masterpiece as well as some of the surrounding temples including Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado. Visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century); See the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Have dinner. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 18 – Visiting Tonle Sap Lake (B)
In the morning, we will enjoy Tonle Sap Lake, Asia's largest inland lake also the biggest harvest fresh water fish in the world, which swells to ten times its normal size during the wet season; here you will visit the people living, school, hospital , church, fishing farm, crocodile farm, souvenir shop in the floating village then back in town to visit Les Artisan D'Angkor to observe student learning of art carving.

Day 19 – Siem Reap free day (B)
You have a freeday to discover Siem Reap on your own. Overnight in Siem Reap.
 
Day 20 – Siem Reap departure (B) 
At the scheduled pick up time airport transfer for your homeward flight.
