Day 1 - Ho Chi Minh City Arrival
On your arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 2 - Half Day Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)
Today we head to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Cu Chi is a network of more than 120 km under the ground and were built by sweat and blood of Vietnamese guerrillas to hide and fight against the rival forces. We will learn how the Vietnamese made and used many kinds of booby traps used during Vietnam War and explain the methods of creating, maintaining and living in these tunnels as well as the special technique of hiding smoke invented by the guerrillas. The visit also includes visiting different type of underground halls, secret work-ing, meeting rooms. Have lunch before transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City Center. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 3 - Fly to Hanoi - Leisure (B)
You will be picked up from your hotel to airport for flight to Hanoi. On arrival to Hanoi, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Thes rest of day is at your leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 4 - Hanoi City Tour (B/L)
You will be picked up for the city tour at around 08:00 - 08:30 am. We first head to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, a 1400-year-old temple, the oldest in the city and is located near West Lake offering a watery landscape, the pagoda is a very scenic attraction. The next destination is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you have a chance to visit President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Uncle Ho's House and the One-pillar pagoda – a very iconic temple in Vietnam. Temple of Literature will be your next stop, here education and study are center point Aftench, we will explore Ngoc Son Temple (Temple of Jade Mountain) dedicated to Confucian and Taoist philosophers and the national hero Tran Hung Dao. The temple with its famous Huc bridge is in the center of Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake. Tour ends with a drop off back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5 - Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
At 8:00, following breakfast leave Hanoi for a 4-hour drive to Halong Bay including a 20-minute stop on the way. Enjoy the journey through the Red River Delta with lush rice fields, water buffalos and everyday Vietnamese rural life. Arrive at your jetty in Halong City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. After your welcome on board, a lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day, the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board.
Day 6 - Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
Enjoy your fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Halong in the morning and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruise slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 7 - Fly to Da Nang - Transfer to Hoi An (B)
You will have free time until the airport transfer for your flight to Danang. On arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. Leisure time. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 8 - Hoi An - My Son Tour (B/L)
Our guide will pick you up at around 8.15 am and take you to My Son, a World Heritage site, 50 km southwest of Hoi An. You will learn about the Cham history and how this massive sanctuary was built. My Son is a complex consisting of more than 65 architectural towers and temples dating back to 4th century. The site was used for religious ceremonies for Kings of the ruling dynasty as well as burial site for national heroes and royal family up to the 19th century. My Son is considered to be of same historical significance as Southeast Asia's greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. After the visit, you will be taken about 30km by bus and embark on boat for the trip along the Thu Bon River back to Hoi An for lunch. After lunch, you will be dropped at hotel. The rest of day is at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9 - Hoi An Free Day (B)
A free day in Hoi An for resting. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 10 - Hue City Tour departing from Hoi An (B/L)
8:30: Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Hoi An. We start the journey with the most beautiful pass road in Vietnam – Hai Van pass.
09:30: You will have few minute for the photo time at the top Hai Van Quan – the highest point and place where you can see the different atmosphere and weather between Da Nang and Hue city. The full view of Lang Co bay – the most beautiful bay in the world.
11:30: Arrive Hue city and stop at the first spot – King Khai Dinh tomb.
12:30: Take a relax and have Vietnamese lunch at a local lunch.
13:30: Continue the trip to Royal Citadel- the last royal city of Vietnam with three ramparts and ancient constructions. Driving along the poetic Perfume River to go for sightseeing at Thien Mu pagoda, one of the most significant sites of Buddhist worship in Hue. The last but not at least, you will take a dragon boat trip on Perfume River to enjoy a peaceful ancient capital in the afternoon before get back the car to return to your hotel. Arrive at Da Nang city and continue to Hoi An.
18:00: The tour will finish around 19:00-19:30 at Hoi An.
Day 11 - Hoi An Free Day (B)
A free day in Hoi An for resting. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 12 - Hoi An Departure (B)
Check out of hotel at 12pm, leisure time until airport transfer to airport for your onward flight.
